Salina, Kansas – February 9, 2022 – Lisa Capps has joined The Saint Francis Foundation as director of grant development. In her role, she will build relationships in the community to share information about the work the organization does to support at-risk children and families. Capps also will raise funds to support Saint Francis Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to providing services to support child and family well-being in six states.
“I love the relationship building aspect of what I do –helping people identify opportunities to make an impact with their charitable in the lives of individuals in need,” Capps said. “I’m very excited to join the Saint Francis team because I’m committed to serving children and families.”
Capps brings 15 years of experience in fundraising and development in the nonprofit world to her position. William Clark, president and CEO, said that her passion for serving children and families and her breadth of experience makes Lisa a perfect fit for Saint Francis.
“We’re a diversified organization operating in six states and supporting children, adults and families in multiple ways, from foster care to independent living to residential services,” Clark said. “As the leader in the Foundation, Lisa will have the opportunity to impact all those lines of service and to truly see what a difference the Foundation team makes.
