    Prayer Request

Sometimes, all we have are the prayers of others.

Our Spirit-Led Work Transforms Lives

Most people think of foster care and adoption when they hear our name, but we have a number of programs that might surprise you. We help survivors of child sex trafficking, adults with disabilities, immigrants fleeing violence, people wanting to break addictive behaviors, and families trying to stay together. You’ll find us in Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi, and Central America, with satellite offices in Louisville, Kentucky, Chicago, Illinois, and Washington, D.C. Our independent, faith-based nonprofit has been helping children and families since 1945. And we’re here for you.

"Our actions may seem like a leap of faith. They are."

The Very Reverend Robert Nelson Smith
Dean, President, and CEO
