In the two years Tayton has been in foster care, he has already made many friends. That’s because he’s naturally charismatic, energetic, and playful. Like any 5-year-old boy, he can be rambunctious, especially when playing with other kids his age. Yet, Tayton can generally make a friend out of anybody.
For fun, he likes to play with Pokeman cards and Legos. He also enjoys spending time outside, either swimming or hanging around the monkey bars. He likes dogs, too, especially when it comes to cuddling on the couch.
Tayton interacts pleasantly with his teacher and classmates and performs well in school. He is especially proud of his ability to count to one hundred. He is inquisitive, imaginative, and helpful – traits that serve him well academically.
Tayton functions best in a home with a strong female figure, particularly one with a single mom or a couple. He would like to join an active family that swims, plays sports, or camps. He needs structure, so a family with a regular schedule and consistent rules are essential. Tayton needs to understand what’s expected of him.
Mostly, though, he needs a family willing to give him lots of attention and love. With patience and understanding, this friendly little boy will flourish.
