Fostering in Faith: Dennisse

December 2019 · Fostering in Faith

Respectful and polite, 12-year-old Dennisse wants to be a police officer when she grows up so she can help people. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with her friends, tell jokes, listen to music, and watch movies.

Although shy until she feels comfortable, Dennisse gets along with her fifth grade classmates and gets good grades in school. She has a beautiful smile.

Dennisse has already had a rough childhood, so she sometimes struggles to communicate her emotions and thoughts. She needs patient and loving parents who can provide her with a safe and structured environment.

Dennisse has an 18-year-old sister with whom she keeps in touch. They’re especially close, and Dennisse hopes for a family that would support their relationship. Since she has suffered abuse in the past, she would like time to get to know a family before she’s adopted. She would do best in a two-parent home with siblings near her age. She would also be happiest in a rural area, with a small school.

Please pray that Dennisse finds the family she needs to grow and reach her full potential.
