Saint Francis Community Services (SFCS) strives to provide the best care and service to every child and family we serve. Sometimes, though, concerns and questions arise that need to be addressed. We are committed to working with you to find a solution. Our Customer Care representative can answer your questions and help find a positive resolution to most issues - while remaining neutral and objective.
We review concerns from children, birth parents, foster parents, court officials, mental health providers, CASA, schools, and placement providers.
How We Help
- Listen to your concerns
- Document your call
- Gather relevant information
- Act as an intermediary
- Protect client rights
- Help develop a possible resolution
- If necessary, facilitate a meeting with all parties to discuss the issue
- Make recommendations to SFCS administration
- Provide feedback on actions taken
Where To Start
You have the right to contact SFCS Customer Care any time. When possible, however, we ask that you first contact the Saint Francis staff member to whom your case is assigned. If the issue is not satisfactorily resolved, ask to speak to the staff member’s supervisor.
