Customer Care

Committed to Excellence

Saint Francis Ministries strives to provide the best care and service to every child and family we serve. Sometimes, though, concerns and questions arise that need to be addressed. We are committed to working with you to find a solution. Our Customer Care representative can answer your questions and help find a positive resolution to most issues – while remaining neutral and objective. We review concerns from children, birth parents, foster parents, court officials, mental health providers, CASA, schools, and placement providers.
