Saint Francis Ministries is pleased to announce that Holly Osborne has been named the nonprofit child and family services organization’s President of Kansas, Child Welfare.
Osborne joined Saint Francis more than two decades ago as a youth service worker at SFM’s Ellsworth residential facility. Since then, she has dedicated her career to serving children and families through multiple key leadership roles, including reintegration social worker; Care Center placement coordinator, supervisor, and director; Customer Care director; Executive Director of Risk Management; and most recently, Vice President of Permanency.
“I am truly honored to be selected for this role and to continue serving with the incredible team at Saint Francis Ministries,” said Osborne. “I deeply believe in our mission and the meaningful work that happens every day across our programs. The dedicated professionals who walk alongside children and families are the heart of this organization, and they are the reason I’m here. I remain committed to leading with integrity, unity, and a focus on what matters most, the children and families we serve.”
Osborne holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Fort Hays State University and an MSW from the University of Kansas. In 2017, she was recognized by the Wichita Business Journal as a recipient of the “40 under 40” award for her outstanding leadership and community involvement.
“Holly is not only a tremendous leader, but she has a great passion for the work at hand. Throughout Holly’s career, she has remained a steadfast advocate for children and families, leading with integrity, heart, and an unwavering belief in our mission,” said Saint Francis CEO William J. Clark. “In her new role, she will provide leadership and oversight of SFM’s Case Management programs in Kansas and Foster Care Home programs in Kansas while continuing to build on our legacy of providing healing and hope to children and families.”
