Holly began her career with Saint Francis more than two decades ago, first as a youth service worker at the Ellsworth, Kansas, residential facility. Since then, she’s served as a reintegration social worker; Care Center placement coordinator, supervisor, and director; Customer Care director; and Executive Director of Risk Management. She earned a bachelor’s in social work from Fort Hays State University, and then her MSW from the University of Kansas. Named “40 under 40” award recipient by the Wichita Business Journal in 2017, Holly currently serves as vice president of permanency, providing oversight for all out-of-home placement operations throughout the Kansas service area.
