Christy Rossiter joined Saint Francis Ministries in 2019 as Director of Human Resources. As Vice President of Compensation and Benefits, she provides strategic oversight and direction for the department, including compensation, payroll, and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational guidelines.
