As Vice President of System Improvement, Becky oversees the Saint Francis Quality Assurance, Continuous Quality Improvement, Client Risk Management, and Customer Care departments. With more than 20 years’ experience in child welfare, over ten in the Saint Francis QA/QI department, Becky brings a wealth of experience to her position. She earned her B.A. in psychology from Wichita State University, a green belt in Lean/Six Sigma, and holds an ASQ certification in Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). Becky has also served two terms as a Kansas/Missouri Quality Award Examiner and one term as a Quality Texas Foundation Examiner, utilizing the Malcom Baldridge Excellence Framework.
