Saint Francis’ President/Chief Executive Officer since 2020, Bill leads a diverse set of more than 1,500 professionals across seven states who work diligently to care for more than 12,000 individuals per year. Having been a child who received services such as those provided by Saint Francis in his younger days, Bill possesses a passion for helping today’s youth move forward in an ever changing and complex world. A retired a colonel after 30 years in the U.S. Army, Bill brings a wealth of organizational leadership to Saint Francis where he serves as President/Chief Executive Officer. During his military tenure, Bill led our nation’s soldiers in operational theaters to include Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo, Bosnia, and Korea. He culminated his military service as the Garrison Commander at Fort Riley, Kansas. Upon retiring from the Army, Bill served as the Chief Operating Officer for USD 475, Geary County Schools in Kansas until he was appointed to serve as the President of St. John’s Military School in Salina. Bill earned his B.A. in business and administration from the University of Maryland and his M.S. in administration from Central Michigan University.
