Reverend Andrew T. O’Connor, serving as the Executive Officer for Mission & Ministry at Saint Francis Ministries, is renowned for his dedication to pastoral care, community engagement, and fostering relationships with various faith groups. His tenure at Saint Francis Ministries is marked by compassionate leadership and a deep commitment to the spiritual well-being of both staff and clients. Prior to joining Saint Francis, Fr. O’Connor was the rector at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Wichita, Kansas for nearly 14 years and played a pivotal role in the Diocese of Kansas, leading significant mission and ministry efforts in the region. After earning a B.A. in philosophy from Boston College and an M.Div. from Virginia Theological Seminary, he assumed his first ministerial roles at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Altadena, California, and All Saints-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in Montecito, California. Additionally, Fr. O’Connor is an educator, imparting his knowledge and experience as an instructor at the Bishop Kemper School for Ministry in Topeka, Kansas.
