National Super Hero Day is April 28, and our favorite heroes are YOU – the real-life heroes who make a difference in your communities with children and families every single day!
In honor of this special day and in anticipation of our “Everyday Heroes” summer fundraising campaign, we’re calling on all super hero enthusiasts to join the fun. Whether you’re a fan of classic caped crusaders or modern-day marvels, we’d love to see:
- Photo of you dressed up in your favorite super hero gear
- Quote or short blurb about how you identify with a particular super hero – maybe it’s their courage, compassion, or commitment to justice!
Our campaign shines a spotlight on the extraordinary work of SFM staff—from social workers and foster parents to counselors, case managers, and community partners—who selflessly support children and families, providing hope and brighter futures every day.
