Smart and sensitive, 15-year-old Zachary likes to read, cook, draw, and demonstrate his skills with trivia and fun facts. He says he’s also good at playing both soccer and video games. As a person, Zachary is deeply empathetic and loving, especially with those close to him.
Zachary also likes to laugh and watch funny short videos and movie comedies. Gardening is his favorite class in school because “I like plants and animals.” His love of nature and the outdoors have led him to want to be a farmer when he reaches adulthood.
Deeply curious, Zachary has a vivid imagination and a willingness to learn. He loves his foster dad and enjoys helping with chores around the house. Sometimes he struggles to read social cues from his peers, but he does well in one-to-one interactions with supportive, compassionate adults. He’s getting better at such interactions all the time.
Zachary has already experienced trauma in his young life. He needs a family that understands his needs. As his foster father says, “Zachary is caring, loving, and a good helper.” Please pray that he finds the parent(s) he needs to thrive.
