Thirteen-year-old Jaxen has already experienced notable trauma in his short life, certainly more than any child should endure. Right now, though, he’s in a safe place as he waits to find a family to love and accept him.
For fun, Jaxen enjoys cars, cowboys, and video games – because they’re “fun and cool.” He also performs well in school, especially in his favorite class, “Snack Shack,” where he sells snacks and learns about business. He also enjoys Minecraft and playing with Legos. Jaxen hopes to join the Army when he grows up.
Although he gets nervous about meeting new people, Jaxen makes friends easily. He is also family-oriented and misses his siblings. He says his foster father is funny and often makes him laugh. He would thrive as the only child in a household as long as he had structure, stability, and attention.
Jaxen likes to make people happy, but right now, he needs someone who will make him happy. Pray that he finds the right parents for his needs and hopes. He deserves to be loved, protected, and nurtured.
