Fatherhood and Healthy Relationships Program

Building Stronger Families Through Connection, Support, and Growth

The Fatherhood and Healthy Relationships Programs offer two powerful paths for families seeking stronger relationships, better communication, and long-term stability.

Through Project HEART and our FATHERHOOD program, adults and parents gain practical skills to enhance their marriages, co-parenting, parenting confidence, and overall family well-being. Our programs are community-based, grant-funded, and available online or in-person across Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your relationship, prepare for marriage, navigate co-parenting, or grow as a father, our workshops provide guidance, support, and tools that create lasting change.

Explore each program to find the right fit for your family.

A family of four is sitting on the floor of a bright room with open doors to a garden. They are huddled together in a group hug, with the parents embracing their two children, one of whom is asleep. Sunlight is streaming in from outside.

This is a community-based, grant-funded program for both couples and individuals that consists of weekly 2-hour training classes in a workshop setting, both in-person and virtual. Workshops include Marriage and Relationships Education/Skills, Pre-Marital Education, Marriage Enhancement, Divorce Reduction, Marriage Mentoring, and work towards the Reduction of Disincentives to Marriage, all while improving the parenting skills of each participant.

FATHERHOOD

Building on the legacy of our former Fatherhood FIRE initiative, Saint Francis Ministries is launching a renewed Fatherhood Program designed to strengthen fathers, support healthy relationships, and empower families. This for-fee service will offer practical tools, guided coaching, and relationship-focused education to help fathers parent with confidence and connection.

More details will be shared as we prepare for the 2026 launch, and we look forward to walking alongside fathers as they grow, lead, and thrive.
