Saint Francis Ministries strives to provide the best care and service to every child and family we serve. Sometimes, though, concerns and questions arise that need to be addressed. We are committed to working with you to find a solution. Our Customer Care representative can answer your questions and help find a positive resolution to most issues - while remaining neutral and objective. We review concerns from children, birth parents, foster parents, court officials, mental health providers, CASA, schools, and placement providers.

Where to Start

You have the right to contact Saint Francis Customer Care any time. When possible, however, we ask that you first contact the Saint Francis staff member to whom your case is assigned. If the issue is not satisfactorily resolved, ask to speak to the staff member’s supervisor.

If you feel the supervisor cannot rectify the issue, please contact Customer Care Support by calling toll free 1.866.671.4735, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM – Monday through Friday, or the state contact information on the right.
