Tracy began her human resource career with the Kansas Children’s Service League in Wichita nearly 30 years ago. After joining Saint Francis in 2007, she directed human resources activities in Wichita and throughout western Kansas, Nebraska, Mississippi, and Oklahoma before assuming full oversight for all of the organization’s HR specialists in 2017 as Director of Human Resources. From there, she was named Vice President of Administrative Services, and now serves as Vice President of Human Resources, where she provides critical leadership to human resources, training & development, and compensation & benefits. Earning her Bachelor ‘s in Business Administration from Wichita State University and her M.A. in Human Resources Management from Webster University, Tracy has also received additional training in SHRM-CP and Professional Human Resources Management.
