Tracie holds a BBA in Finance but spent the majority of her career as an early childhood educator for 16 years. During that time, she served as a foster parent for six years, igniting a deep passion for advocating for foster children. She later worked in development for a children’s home and helped launch their child-placing agency before joining Saint Francis Ministries in January 2026. A Licensed Child Placing Administrator (LCPAA), she draws on her diverse experience as a foster parent, kinship parent, teacher, development coordinator, and foster care agency director to engage and rally the community. She is passionate about collaboration across child welfare organizations to best serve the children in their care.
