Rachel began her social work career 20 years ago at Saint Francis’s Hutchinson, Kansas, office after earning her BSW from Wichita State University. She later transferred to Wellington, where she covered multiple counties and provided support to Garden City and Dodge City, while serving as a case manager, supervisor, and director. A dedicated leader with a thorough knowledge of positive system change and transition, she currently serves a Regional Vice President in Texas where she provides leadership and oversight to SFM’s work as a Single Source Continuum Contractor in Region 1.
