A 16-year veteran of social work, Dr. Nicole McCauley has spent those years working in school-based mental health, community-based mental health, day treatment care for adults, residential foster care, psychiatric residential care, and Intensive In-Home Service programs. As Vice President of Prevention Services, Nicole provides program leadership and oversight for in-home programs in Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, and Texas. She also provides clinical supervision, staff training, stakeholder relationship building, while serving on different agency committees. Certified as a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) supervisor and Level III clinician, she earned her doctorate in social work from Walden University.
