Micah joined Saint Francis Ministries in 2019 and serves as Executive Director – North for Permanency and Reunification Services. With more than 20 years of child welfare experience, including leadership roles with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and Community-Based Care, she provides oversight for permanency and reunification services across 26 counties in Texas Region 1. A West Texas A&M University graduate, Micah has dedicated her career to improving outcomes for children and families. Her leadership focuses on reducing time to permanency, increasing reunification outcomes, and strengthening family and kinship connections. She has partnered with organizations such as the River Falls Lions Club, Amarillo Angels, and the Elks Lodge to support youth in foster care.
