Lesley has spent her career working in finance and nonprofits. She was most recently the research program manager for the Center for Open Science in Charlottesville, Virginia. She previously served as senior manager of impact initiatives at the Association of Science and Technology Centers in Washington, D.C.

Lesley has held many positions within the Episcopal church including executive director for the North American Committee for St. George’s College in Jerusalem.

A native of the United Kingdom, she was a corporate tax manager with Grant Thornton and EY.
