Mrs. Cheryl Rathbun

Cheryl joined Saint Francis over four decades ago as a social worker and therapist. A licensed specialist in clinical social work, she provided individual and family therapy and supervised social work and clinical services across Saint Francis’ outpatient, in-home prevention, case management, and residential facilities. She co-authored professional papers and presented at conferences focused on treatment for children and youth. As Saint Francis’ chief clinical officer, Cheryl provided strategic direction for Saint Francis’ clinical care initiatives – both nationally and internationally – and oversaw accreditation standards, operating procedures, risk management, performance improvement, and professional ethics for all program services.

Cheryl retired from Saint Francis Ministries after 45 years in August 2023. She has returned to her Saint Francis roots as a Board Member.
