Amanda began her clinical career in 2004 as a child and family therapist, providing outpatient therapy, in-home therapy, psychological testing, and mental health consult services in Hutchinson and Lawrence, Kansas. She then taught graduate courses in clinical psychology at Fort Hays State University before joining Saint Francis Ministries as clinical director of family preservation in 2010. As Chief Clinical Officer, Amanda provides oversight and leadership for clinical services across not-for-profit’s six state service area. Over the years, her responsibilities have included providing oversight for Joint Commission Accreditation, HIPAA compliance, client best practices, and client standard operating procedures. Amanda earned her B.A. in psychology and her M.S. in clinical psychology from Fort Hays State University. She is both a licensed clinical psychotherapist and licensed clinical addictions counselor.
