This Father’s Day, Saint Francis Ministries honors those men who work hard every day to become the fathers their children need and deserve.
At Saint Francis, we know that fatherhood matters. Research consistently shows that when fathers are engaged, children thrive emotionally, academically, and socially. That’s why our Fatherhood program and Project HEART exist: to walk alongside fathers and families on their journey toward stronger, healthier relationships.
Built on the legacy of our former Fatherhood FIRE initiative, SFM’s Fatherhood Program is designed to strengthen fathers, support healthy relationships, and empower families. The program offers practical tools, guided coaching, and relationship-focused education to help fathers parent with confidence and connection.
Our Project HEART program takes a whole-family approach. HEART is a federally grant-funded transformative initiative designed to strengthen families by promoting healthy marriages, relationships, and parenting skills, while supporting economic stability for adults and couples. From couples workshops to early childhood parenting education, HEART equips parents to build the stable, loving environments every child deserves.
As Todd Hadnot, the program’s director, has shared, fathers are equally important, and men sometimes don’t fully understand how vital their participation is for their children. That’s exactly the belief that drives our work.
This Father’s Day, we celebrate every dad committed to growing and becoming the best father they can be for their kids. Saint Francis is happy to support you every step of the way.
