Cristian joined Saint Francis Ministries in 2019 after serving in various roles in social services. Prior to Saint Francis, Cristian served as Executive Director for One Accord for Kids, Regional Director for Buckner International, and in a variety of capacities at the Texas Department of Child and Protective services. A graduate of Texas Tech University in 2007 (B.A.) and Lubbock Christian University (M.S.) in 2015, Cristian also serves on the Lubbock IMPACT Board of Directors and with several state and national organizations. Cristian received the “20 Under 40” award by the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce as well as the “Adelante” award by Los Hermanos Familia.
