Foundation promotes CFK at luncheons

The Saint Francis Foundation shared the good news about Christmas for Kids at four women’s luncheons hosted by the Wichita Independent Business Association (WIBA).

“We were excited to partner with WIBA in September,” said Executive Director of Development Ginny Ellis. “As a sponsor for their four signature events, we presented to their membership about ways to support children in care and those receiving services from Saint Francis Ministries through Christmas for Kids.”

WIBA connects people, provides expertise and opportunities, and lends an influential voice to help local businesses thrive. Development Officer Shaynna Brown spoke at three of the luncheons, and Ellis spoke at a fourth.

“Before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, these presentations start conversations about how local businesses can partner with SFM, whether by hosting Hope Trees or contributing financial gifts,” said Ellis. “WIBA members are a very community-focused group of professionals, so it was a natural place to connect with businesses looking for ways to give back at Christmas.”
