One of the hallmarks of Conversations, Saint Francis Ministries’ bi-monthly video series, is the opportunity to hear directly from individuals whose leadership and service have helped shape the organization’s impact over time. Produced by the Marketing & Communications team and hosted by The Reverend Andrew O’Connor, Executive Officer for Mission and Ministry, Conversations highlights voices that reflect the mission, values, and evolving work of Saint Francis Ministries.
To date, seven episodes have been released, including a recent installment focused on the organization’s history and its founder, The Reverend Robert “Fr. Bob” Mize, Jr. In this latest episode, Saint Francis welcomed two distinguished former leaders – Trish Bryant, former Chief Operating Officer, and Cheryl Rathbun, former Chief Clinical Officer. Together, Bryant and Rathbun bring more than 70 years of combined service to Saint Francis Ministries and offer thoughtful reflections on the organization’s growth, transformation, and enduring commitment to children and families.
Their conversation with Fr. O’Connor provides a meaningful complement to Saint Francis Ministries’ year-long 80th anniversary celebration, honoring both the legacy and continued evolution of the organization.
