A veteran, Hector joined the National Guard in 2008 after serving four years of active duty with the Army. He came to Saint Francis Ministries from Reach Solutions, where he worked as a field engineer installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components. He has also served as a network administrator and network support specialist at SMG Unlimited and St. John’s Military School. As Vice President of Information Technology, Hector is responsible for ensuring the SFM technology infrastructure remains robust, efficient, and secure. He earned his bachelor’s in business administration from McPherson College and an M.B.A. from Emporia State University.
