As Vice President of System Improvement, Beck oversees the Saint Francis Quality Assurance, Continuous Quality Improvement, Client Risk Management, and Customer Care departments. With more than 18 years’ experience in child welfare, ten in the Saint Francis QA/QI department, Becky brings a wealth of experience to her position. He earned her B.A. in psychology from Wichita State University and holds a green belt in Lean/Six Sigma. Becky has also served two terms as a Kansas/Missouri Quality Award Examiner and one term as a Quality Texas Foundation Examiner, utilizing the Malcom Baldridge Excellence Framework.
