We’re thrilled to share a special feature from Good Day Kansas! Nicole McCauley, our VP of In-Home Services, joined them to discuss our “Voice of the Customer” initiative – a recent survey we conducted with the families we serve in Kansas. We believe in the power of listening, and this survey was all about understanding the experiences, concerns, and needs of our families better, to ensure we are meeting their needs most effectively.
