To speed up the process of resolving IT-related issues, we are requesting that all IT-related issues be submitted through this IT Help Desk portal.
A ticket may be submitted by any SFM staff on any device at: helpdesk.saintfrancisministries.org
Tickets may also be submitted from the SolarWinds Service Desk app. To do this, click the SSO Login button, use stfrancisministries as the account name, then login with your Microsoft Single-Sign-On account.
The submission of a support ticket will allow time for the Help Desk to route IT related issues to the proper specialist(s). Expect an initial response in 15 to 30 minutes.
Full support is available from 8AM-5PM Monday to Friday.
Limited after-hours support is available until 10PM Monday to Friday, 7AM-7PM Saturday & Sunday.
